your Role:

While there will never be a typical day at Symmetry Group, here are a few exciting responsibilities highlighted for you:

• Train companies on how to operate their seller account.
• Help clients grow their business on Alibaba.com.
• Set up seller account on Alibaba.com which includes posting products, teaching mini-site design logic and assisting customers in its setup.
• Updating customers with their Weekly & monthly health reports of alibaba.com through call/message
• Coordination with graphic and photographic dept to fulfil posting needs.
• Work as part of a team to delegate tasks among the respective departments.
• Conduct quarterly account diagnosis followed by possible solutions for scaling their store.
• Assist customers in achieving a 5-star rating.
• Conduct one-on-one/group training /sessions on the various subject related to Alibaba.com e.g. Communication, Star Rating, etc

Requirements:

• 6 months-2 years of Account Management/ VA experience
• Familiarity/Experience with E-commerce platforms
• Resourceful and adaptable in meeting each client’s particular needs
• Should be eager to learn and have a collaborative spirit
• Ensure clients are handled efficiently and on schedule
